It's hard to say without having found the woman in question. Possibly, though doubtfully. If she discarded her clothing where a witness could find it wouldn't make much sense to abandon something we could trace back through blood samples.

No blood samples that we've found, no. Which suggests no attack took place while she was wearing that outfit. Hence the question -- we don't know for what purpose they were discarded or when, but until we find the relevant woman there may be no answers there.
