This is about a maybe-suspicious thing. Like, I found it this morning, and I thought I oughta tell the cops or something, 'cause I thought it might be bad for a different reason. It isn't like me to look around at trash, but since I decided to practice a little for a business I have in mind, I kind of pay more attention to these sort of things.

I was checking out the docks Thursday morning and came across a suspicious looking item. A dark colored umbrella with a handle and tip missing from the top. If it was held up, the rain would just slip right through.

Oh, that's because it was hollow inside? It makes no sense to me because that would just make for a flimsy umbrella, but it didn't seem to have been a poor quality one.

What Relevance Might A Scepter Have

Yes, it's possible it could have been something like that. I was able to see right through it so it's strange that someone would have removed those pieces for an object meant to block out the rain.
